Manufacture
Burrowes Jam is made from home-made recipes which produce a wonderful, full flavour jam. The jam is cooked immediately from its frozen state, which maintains the lovely rich colour that has great eye appeal. The only additives are sugar, pectin to help the jam set, and a small amount of citric acid, adding a "zing" to the jam which softens the overriding sweetness.
Contract Manufacturing
We are very happy to manufacture products for other businesses and happy to use their own raw product supplied if provided.
All products manufactured and sold by Burrowes Jam are produced with food safety and quality in mind. Burrowes Jam operates a New Zealand Government-endorsed HACCP (hazard, analysis, critical, control, point) Food Safety Programme, which is audited on a yearly basis to maintain this status.

COLOMBIA: Medium Roast, slightly nutty sharpness.
COSTA RICA: Medium Roast, strong bodied - fruity.
KENYA: Medium Roast, from the highlands of Kenya, excellent flavour and fine acidity.
PAPUA NEW GUINEA: Medium Roast,high grown mild coffee - rich with full flavour.
AFTER DINNER: Light Roast, with a hint of strength.
BLUE MOUNTAIN: Light Roast, a blend closely resembling the famous coffee from
Jamaca.
ESPRESSO: Dark Roast, velvety smooth
FRENCH: Dark Roast, strong coffee with body.
ITALIAN: Dark Roast, for the European taste.
KILIMANJARO: Medium Roast, very rich and full bodied, a delightful coffee.
MOCHA: Medium Roast, sweet & rich in chocolate flavours.
