Manufacture
Burrowes Jam is made from home-made recipes which produce a wonderful, full flavour jam. The jam is cooked immediately from its frozen state, which maintains the lovely rich colour that has great eye appeal. The only additives are sugar, pectin to help the jam set, and a small amount of citric acid, adding a "zing" to the jam which softens the overriding sweetness.
Contract Manufacturing
We are very happy to manufacture products for other businesses and
we are happy to use their own raw products if supplied.
All products manufactured and sold by Burrowes Jam are produced with food safety and quality in mind. Burrowes Jam operates a New Zealand Government-endorsed HACCP (hazard, analysis, critical, control, point) Food Safety Programme, which is audited on a yearly basis to maintain this status.

natural, just Australian peanuts and a little salt so the oil may separate
from the peanuts but it is easily mixed back into the peanuts.
